PURPOSE: To provide the subject apparatus for directly blowing a heated inactive gas into a molten liquid of a waste plastic and bringing the heated inactive gas contact with the molten liquid, having a high heat-conduction speed and capable of speedily melting and thermally cracking heated solid waste plastics.
CONSTITUTION: This demineralization apparatus for waste plastic molten liquid is composed of a thermal cracking apparatus for performing melting and thermal cracking of waste plastics by blowing a heating medium, an inactive gas blowing apparatus for blowing a heated inactive gas into a molten liquid of the waste plastic as a heating medium gas and at the same time purging a hydrogen chloride gas generated by a thermal cracking of the waste plastic from the molten liquid, a cooling apparatus for cooling a hydrogen chloride- containing inactive gas, an absorbing apparatus for demineralizing the cooled hydrogen chloride-containing inactive gas by an absorbent, a heating apparatus for heating the demineralized inactive gas and a circulating apparatus for sending the heated inactive gas into the inactive gas blowing apparatus.
