Abstract:
PURPOSE: To safely and efficiently demold without damaging depressed parts by a method wherein forms, which are placed on a horizontal surface plate, are released by being moved outside and, after a concrete segment in the forms is supportive hung down, the surface plate is lowered by means of hydraulic Jacks.
CONSTITUTION: A large number of hydraulic jacks 8 are arranged below a horizontal, surface plate 1. Firstly, at the first process (a), concrete is placed in forms 2 and 3 so as to form a concrete segment 6. Next, at the second process (b), the forms are released by respectively moving side forms 2 and side forms 3 outwards. In succession, at the third process (c), pins 5 are inserted in the holes of the concrete segment 6 so as to connect wire ropes with the pins 5 in order to horizontally supportively hang down the concrete segment 6 with a hanging apparatus such as a crane or the like. After that, by controlling the respective hydraulic jacks 8, the horizontal. surface plate 1 is lowered horizontally so as to separate and demold a bottom form 9 by its own weight from the concrete segment 6.
