Abstract:
PURPOSE: To scoop up products to a flat conveyor without any fall of them so as to smoothly transfer the products by oscillating the flat conveyor and a product falling-off preventing body while interlocked with each other, when a pan conveying the products reaches the predetermined position.
CONSTITUTION: When a pan 10 conveyed by a chain conveyor 9 reaches the predetermined position, this state is detected by a photoelectric sensor 5 in a controller 4 to be inputted into a timer 6, and then, plural motors 7, 8 are respectively energized. Just after a front side standing piece 10A of the pan 10 passes a pan side end edge 2A of a flat conveyor 2, the flat conveyor 2 is oscillated to a scooping position by means of the motor 8, while a falling-off preventing body 3 for products 11 is moved to a passing position by means of the motor 7. Then, the flat conveyor 2 is oscillated to a retracting position, when a rear side standing piece 10B of the pan 10 approaches the pan side end edge 2A of the flat conveyor 2, while the product falling-off preventing body 3 is moved from the passing position to a falling off preventing position.
