To provide a detection circuit capable of accurately and reliably detecting an event.
A current detection circuit comprises a differential current input stage connected to a differential voltage output stage. The differential current input stage comprises an input part of a reference current from a current source, the input of a sensor current from the detecting device, the output of a first voltage corresponding to the reference current, output of a second voltage corresponding to the sensor current, and a first switch for nearly equalizing the outputs of the first and second voltages when closed. The outputs of first and second voltages are inputted in the differential voltage output stage, and the differential voltage output stage outputs a differential output voltage corresponding to the difference between the outputs of the first and second voltages.
