PURPOSE: To easily discriminate the timing of repair and adjustment by diagnosing non-defective, defective operating state and a degree of the defect of a moving section in the inside of a lens unit and displaying the diagnosed state.
CONSTITUTION: A state diagnostic device section 11 is provided with a start signal generating section 31 generating a start signal used to command the start of diagnosis to part or all moving sections to be diagnosed by the operation of the operator, a diagnostic operation command section 33 sending a motor drive signal to a moving section based on the diagnosis start signal, a moving part operating state diagnostic section 35 receiving operating data from a sensor sensing the operating state of each moving section and diagnosing the operating state of each moving section based on the comparison between the operating data and reference data for diagnostic operation, and a diagnostic result display section 37 displaying defect, non-defect and a degree of the defect based on the diagnosis.
