Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize vibration of temporarily binding cylinders by rotatably arranging the temporarily binding cylinders by arranging a temporarily binding cylinder support drivable at a prescribed rotating speed for housing the temporarily binding cylinders.
SOLUTION: A cutting/temporarily binding cylinder support 3 has rotatable two cutting cylinders 8, 9 and rotatable two temporarily binding cylinders 11, 12. The rotational axes 13, 14 of the cutting cylinders 8, 9 and the rotational axes 16, 17 of the temporarily binding cylinders 11, 12 are respectively formed in pairs, and are dislocated by 180°, and are concentrically arranged in a radius r3, for example, r3=30 mm to the rotational axis 6 of the cutting/temporarily binding cylinder support 3. Thus, vibration-minimized operation of the temporarily binding cylinder can be performed. An extremely compact structure can be provided without requiring a constitutive space positioned outside the temporarily binding cylinder support 3.
