Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for winding a bead wire which is simple in structure, can be manufactured inexpensively, and can efficiently wind the bead wire.
SOLUTION: A clamp claw 16 for always biasing the tip Wa of a wire W in the holding direction through an elastic member 15 such as a spring between it and one side of a support plate 2 is set in a former ring member 13. An actuation rod 17 penetrating the support plate 2 is fitted to the clamp claw 16. The elastic member 15 for biasing the clamp claw 16 is fitted to one end of the actuation rod 17. A roller 20 rotatably and slidably coming into contact with the tip plate 19 of the rod 18a of a clamp lifting cylinder 18 is set at the other end of the actuation rod 17 penetrating the support plate 2.
