Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier in which a changing speed from a standby state to a usual state is quickened and wave distortion is decreased.
SOLUTION: This amplifier is provided with a differential amplifier circuit 1, an output circuit 2, bias voltage generating circuits 608, 610, a switch 609 that controls the bias voltage generating circuits 608, 610, a transistor(TR) 201 and a capacitor 203 connected in series between the output of the bias voltage generating circuits 608, 610 and the ground, and a TR 202 connected in parallel with the capacitor 203. A signal of the same polarity as that of a signal STBV controlling a switch 609 is applied to the gate of the TR 201, and a signal with the polarity opposite to that of the signal STBY is fed to the gate of the TR 202, thus charges in a parasitic capacitor of a bias signal VBIAS are discharged through a capacitor 203 added in addition to the resistor 610 to reduce the discharge time.
