To provide the digital temperature compensation oscillator in which a time for a temperature compensation data generating job is reduced.
The digital temperature compensation oscillator 11 is provided with a switch circuit 6, a data write control section 13 and terminals 14, 15, 16 and 17. The oscillator 11 is connected to a temperature compensation data generating jib circuit 12 via the terminals and an output analog signal voltage of a D/A converter section 5 is varied within a setting voltage range. A switch circuit 6 interrupts the connection between the D/A converter section 5 and a voltage controlled oscillator section 7 and connects the D/A converter section 5, a comparator circuit 10, the voltage controlled oscillator section 7 and an LPF 9. An oscillated signal from the voltage controlled oscillator section 7 is fed back via a phase comparator circuit 8 and the LPF 9 and synchronously with a phase of a reference signal having a setting oscillation frequency. When a voltage of the phase locked signal is in matching with a voltage of the analog signal, a data write control section 13 stores the voltage of the analog signal to a storage section 4 as temperature compensation data corresponding to ambient temperature.
