Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel doctor blade in which an interval between the blade and a roller can be always held constant, uniform adhesive properties of the roll are good, amount of ink can be precisely controlled, and a wear resistance is excellent; and which can be used particularly for a large-sized wide roll. SOLUTION: The doctor blade is made of a fiber-reinforced resin molding in which a plurality of layers of reinforcing fiber base are impregnated with a resin. At least one layer of the reinforcing fiber base is a reinforcing fiber woven fabric of a flat yarn woven fabric.
