A real time scale 40 is formed on the real time sheet 31, and a process scale 50 is formed on the process display laminated sheet 22. When an arbitrary one of the process display laminated sheets 22 is superimposed on the pedestal sheet 21, the real time sheet 31 is exposed over an opening part 26. When the real time sheet 31 is rotated and the process start position of the process scale 50 is aligned with an arbitrary date, etc., the date can be recognized by observing the position of work completion.
