Abstract:
To provide a double-pipe heat insulation furnace which can avoid that an inner pipe becomes instable in a heating state.SOLUTION: A double-pipe heat insulation furnace 1 comprises an outer pipe 2 whose both ends are opened, and an inner pipe 3 which is arranged in the outer pipe 2, and whose both ends are opened. A decompressed sealed space 8 is formed between the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 3, the outer pipe 2 and the inner pipe 3 are arranged so that their center axes are aligned in a horizontal direction, and a heating space 13 for heating a workpiece W is formed in the inner pipe 3. A reflection film and a non-woven fabric are alternately laminated. The double-pipe heat insulation furnace further comprises a load support part 7 for supporting a load of the inner pipe 3 and a load of the workpiece W which is accommodated in the heating space 13, and the load support part 7 is arranged so as to be sandwiched between the inner pipe 3 and the outer pipe 2 in a point at least at a lower side of the inner pipe 3 in a vertical direction in the sealed space 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
