To provide a technique capable of drying fruits, vegetables, mushroom, fishes, flowering grasses and the like from their cores at low temperatures by using a far-infrared ray as a heat source of a drier machine, capable of extracting a biological water in a drying process in such a state as to keep the component or color of an object, and also capable of producing the dried articles with desired dryness without breaking or losing all matters except the profile of the object by enabling optional setting of dryness degree.
The technique is characterized in that in the drying process for fruits, vegetables, mushroom, fishes, flowering grasses and the like using the above drier machine, the biological water of the object to be dried can be extracted without changing components and color, and that the dried articles can be preserved in various shapes quite different from each other without breaking or losing all matters except the profile of the object such as dried articles processable to powders or those dried overnight.
