Abstract:
To provide an electronic control device capable of efficiently radiating internal heat of a case to the outside.SOLUTION: An electronic control device 10 includes a circuit board 20 mounted with a connector and an electronic component 13 on one surface 21 and a case housing the circuit board 20. On the other surface 22 of the circuit board 20, there is mounted a heat transfer body 60 for transferring heat issued by the electronic component 13 to a wall part 41 of the case. The heat transfer body 60 and an internal surface 45 of the wall part 41 of the case are engaged with each other in an uneven manner. An external surface 42 of the wall part 41 of the case is formed in an uneven manner.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
