To lock and unlock a door by driving a thumb turn by an adaptor, providing a transmitting part for transmitting a remote operation signal including an identification code for driving the adaptor, and outputting a control signal to a driving part for driving the thumb turn by a receiving part of the adaptor only in case the identification signal transmitted from a transmitting part coincides with a prestored identification code.
When an operating switch 8 of a transmitting part 2 is turned on, a signal send-out part 6 modulates an identification code held in an identification code holding part 30, and transmits a signal from an antenna by radio. The signal is received by an antenna 34 of an adaptor 1 and demodulated by a receiving demodulating part 33. The demodulated signal is transmitted to an identification code collating part 32, and the identification code collating part 32 collates the received identification code with an identification code stored in an identification code storage part 31. Upon confirming the coincidence of both identification codes, the identification code collating part 32 sends out a driving signal to a driving part 3.
