Abstract:
To easily form an advertisement image easy to be renewed by using a picture input device and an image input device such as a scanner and a digital camera which anyone can use.
After a memory card 12 storing the advertisement image is inserted into a portable terminal device 2, when a display operation part 10 is operated to input an instruction to renew the advertisement image, the advertisement image stored in the memory card 12 is read out, and supplied to an image recording device 7 through a route formed from the portable terminal device 2 to the image recording device 7 through a dome camera device 5 to renew the advertisement image stored in an advertisement image area of a hard disk 19.
