Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method of replacing a car-position lamp for an elevator by which the car-position lamp can be replaced by a single worker.
CONSTITUTION: A wire rope 6, which was installed in advance in an indicator 3, is slid by one person until the indicator 3 is lowered to the floor surface of a cage 1. Then, a car position lamp within the indicator 3 is replaced with a new one. After this, by pulling the wire rope 6 upward by the one person, the indicator 3 can be fixed to the ceiling 2 of the cage 1. At this time, the wire rope 6 is fixed by using a turnbuckle.
