Abstract:
To provide an elevator system preventing a hand from getting caught in a space between landing doors and a vertical frame of a landing jamb.
The elevator system 10 includes: the landing doors 14a and 14b opened and closed during landing; and projected regions 16a and 16b for forming a plurality of flexible projections 161a and 161b projecting toward a landing 2 in predetermined regions of these landing doors 14a and 14b. These flexible projections 161a and 161b are disposed in regions where a passenger's hand reaches as predetermined regions, respectively.
