Abstract:
To provide an elevator capable of easily unlocking a car side lock mechanism of a car from a landing side even when a car is stopped at a position where a car side engagement element and a landing side engagement element are positioned in a non-contact region.SOLUTION: A car-side lock mechanism 30 includes a base plate 31, a locking-side hook member 33, a fixed hook member 34, car-side engagement elements 32, 52, and a forcible unlocking mechanism 70 that can operate the car-side engagement element 52. The base plate 31 has a rope supporting surface part 31b extending to a lower end part of a car-side door 11A. Further, the forcible unlocking mechanism 70 has an unlocking rope 71 and a guide member 73 supporting the unlocking rope 71. One end part 71a of the unlocking rope 71 is disposed on the lower end part of the car-side door 11A and the other end part 71b thereof is connected to the car-side engagement element 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
