Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device by which cooling performance of an air flow can be improved better than a conventional device and heat energy can be exchanged sufficiently between a heat exchanger and the air flow in a cooling device formed by using of an engine driving cooling fan.
CONSTITUTION: An engine cooling device has a cooling fan 1 to generate an air flow by rotating around a rotary shaft line, a heat exchanger 2 to exchange heat energy between it and the air flow generated by the fan and an engine 9 cooled directly by the air flow generated by the fan. The heat exchanger exchanges the heat energy between it and the radial directional outside part of the air flow generated by the cooling fan, and the engine is cooled directly by the radial directional inside part of the air flow generated by the cooling fan.
