Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate slackness of oil pressure hose or the like so as to prevent the hose from injuring, and improve safety and workability of a segment assembling work, in an ejector device.
SOLUTION: A turning ring 14 is rotatably supported with a plurality of supporting rollers 13 on the back part of a skin plate 11, and can be rotated by a hydraulic motor 16. An elevatable base 23 is supported with the turning ring 14 through an elevatable jack 22 movably along the radial direction of an existing tunnel and a holding member 24 holding a segment S and building it to the inner wall of a fixed existing tunnel is mounted thereon. Sheaves 25, 26 are rotatably fitted to the turning ring 14, a guide rail is also fitted to it, oil pressure hoses 31, 32 are guided with the guide rail 30 and wrapped around the respective sheaves 25, 26, and by connecting the extreme end parts to the elevatable jack 22 through the turning ring 14, the oil pressure hoses 31, 32 are held always in the tense state without slackness.
