Abstract:
To provide an evacuation guiding system capable of presenting an appropriate evacuation destination to an evacuee by considering a state of a current shelter when a disaster occurs.SOLUTION: An evacuation guiding system is the system to present a shelter for evacuation to an evacuee and includes: user terminals 50; and an evacuation destination presentation server 100 connected to the user terminals via a network 5. The evacuation destination presentation server holds information on the number of storable persons in shelters and communication carrier sharing information of evacuation areas of the shelters, calculates a predicted congestion degree in each shelter on the basis of communication states of the user terminals, communication carrier sharing information of evacuation areas, and information on the number of storable persons, generates evacuation destination presentation screen information to be presented with shelters with lower congestion degrees as candidates of an evacuation destination on the basis of respective predicted congestion degrees, and then transmits the screen information to the user terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
