Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform communication by an off-time call at a low cost by disconnecting at least one line acquired by the call and opening it to a normal call when the normal call is terminated when all the lines are in use.
CONSTITUTION: This exchange 1 is constituted of an input trunk part 2, an exchange switch part 3, an output trunk part 4 and a control part 5. Then, when no free line is present, whether or not it is a normal call is judged. When it is not a normal call, that is when it is an off-time call, busy tones are sent out. However, in this case, since it is the normal call, 'control' is set to off-time call control display chart data D2 in a data part D. Then, off-time call information chart data D1 in the data part D are retrieved and whether or not an off-time call is present is judged. The busy tones are sent out when no off-time call is present and the off-time call relating to the line is disconnected and in-use is set to the line when the off-time call is present. That is, by disconnecting a call used by the off-time call and acquiring the line, the normal call is communicated.
