Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute a multiple pipe in an already installed pipe, by closing the end part of the outer pipe of an insertion pipe, freely attachably connecting an auxiliary pipe to a rear end part, filling changed fluid in the insertion pipe, and generating pressure in filler fluid by a pushing in device.
SOLUTION: In this multiple pipe, the pipe head of the outer pipe 21 of an insertion pipe 2 is sealed, a closing member 24 and a sliding spacer 26 are attached, and an inner pipe 22 is arranged in an outer pipe 21 in a manner that the pipe tail of the inner pipe 22 is projected further outward from the pipe tail of the outer pipe 21. The inner pipe 22 is arranged in the center part of the outer pipe 21 by a multiple pipe spacer 27 between the outer pipe 21 and the inner pipe 22, and the insertion pipe 2 is inserted in an already installed pipe 1, then heavy liquid 25 is filled between the already installed pipe 1 and the insertion pipe 2. An auxiliary pipe 3 is attached to the pipe tail of the outer pipe 21 by a connecting member 31, charged fluid 28 is filled into the outer pipe 21, and a plug 41 is arranged in the auxiliary pipe 3 and moved to the inside of the outer pipe 21 by the jack of a pushing in device 4. Charged fluid 28 receives pressure, and the pipe head of the insertion pipe 2 is advanced to the inside of the already installed pipe 1. The auxiliary pipe 3 is removed, and the inner pipe 22 and the outer pipe 21 which are connected to each other are welded so as to be extended. Therefore, the multiple pipe can be easily installed in the already installed pipe.
