CONSTITUTION: When a photograph-taking routine A is selected by operating a selection panel 31, filter driving section 3 and 24 are driven by a connecting section 29 based on the content of a memory section 30 and a filter for color photograph is inserted in the optical path by filter assemblies 4 and 24. And a reflection mirror driving section 9 drives a second driven reflection mirror 8 to be in a dotted line position. When a release switch 32 is pressed, a reflection mirror 7 drives a first driven reflection mirror 6 into a dotted line position. Then an optical path from a tested eye E to a color instant camera 19 is completed and a shutter driving section 19 of the color instant camera 19 is operated to record the eyeground image.
