Title:
Fe-Ni ALLOY POWDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2012197474
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
To provide an Fe-Ni alloy powder having low coercivity and fineness, which is suitable for producing a compressed powder core or the like with low loss in a high frequency domain, and further having superior productivity and economical efficiency.
The Fe-Ni alloy powder is produced by reducing oxides containing Fe and Ni, and/or mixtures containing Fe oxides and Ni oxides, wherein the Fe-Ni alloy powder has average particle sizes of 0.1 to 5 μm and contains Fe and Ni of ≥90 wt.% to the Fe-Ni alloy powder, and a weight ratio of Ni to a gross weight of Fe and Ni is 0.35 to 0.90.
