Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed roller for a woodworking machine for improving carrying capacity, and reducing a flaw occurring in a wood that is a material to be carried at the time of carrying.
SOLUTION: A tooth 6 is fitted to the groove of a roller main body 5 at a rake angle α, and extends in the torsional direction to the rotating shaft of the body 5. The flank 6a of the tooth 6 is made vertical to the radius direction of the body 5, consequently the tip part of the tooth 6 can be contacted at all the flank 6a with a wood that is a material to be carried.
