Abstract:

To provide a fiber bundle sending-out mechanism 10 that can stably and reliably send out a fiber bundle F in which a large number of long fibers are aligned.SOLUTION: The fiber bundle sending-out mechanism includes: a drive roller 1 that is rotatably driven at a required circumferential speed and sends a fiber bundle F wound around an outer circumferential surface by frictional resistance; and a guide roller 2 that is provided near the drive roller 1 and wraps the fiber bundle F around the outer peripheral surface of the drive roller 1 at a predetermined wrapping angle θ, wherein the guide roller 2 is provided to be rotatably driven at a peripheral speed different from that of the drive roller 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
