PURPOSE:To provide the subject lowly viscous, rapid-curing composition which can provide, a fiber-reinforced resin composite material which, when cured, has satisfactory heat resistance and toughness by mixing a specified epoxy resin with a specified epoxy compound containing a polymerizable unsaturation and a liquid carboxylic anhydride curing agent. CONSTITUTION:A fiber-reinforced resin composition satisfying the relationships: Tg >=-17E+240, E >=4, and Tg >=125 [wherein Tg ( deg.C) is the glass transition temperature, and E (%) is the strain at break] is obtained by mixing a reactive resin component comprising an epoxy resin containing at least two epoxy groups in the molecule, a polymerizable unsaturated epoxy compound of the formula (wherein R<1> is H or CH3; R<2> is 1-20C alkylene; and (n) is 0-10), a liquid carboxylic anhydride containing a monocarboxylic anhydride and/or a polycarboxylic anhydride obtained by reacting a lower aliphatic polyalcohol with trimellitic acid or its derivative, a cure accelerator and a radical polymerization accelerator with a fiber.
