To provide a fixing device for a spindle with easy detachment of a roller device, capable of certainly retaining the spindle of the roller device, and a conveying device in which the roller device is fixed using the fixing device.
A motor built-in roller 10 constituting the conveying device 1 is fixed between frames 2, 2 by inserting fixing blocks 4, 5 to an attachment part 116 of a fixing block 6 and an attachment part 150 of a fixing piece 7 after the fixing block 4 is previously attached to one end side of a central shaft 161 and the fixing block 5 is attached to the other end side. Further, a free roller 11 is similarly attached by previously inserting the fixing blocks 5, 5 fixed to both ends of the spindle 164 into the attachment parts 150, 150 of the fixing pieces 7, 7 arranged in parallel.
