To obtain a food for preventing bone diseases, beverage for preventing bone diseases and therapeutic agent for bone diseases, having a dissolved component of natural hard tissue and useful for preventing and treating bone diseases such as osteoporosis.
The food, beverage and therapeutic agent are obtained by dissolving a natural hard tissue (example; cow bone, pig bone, fishbone) by mixing with an edible acid (example; lactic acid) or fruit juice (example; squeezed pineapple juice) and contains at least fraction having osteoplastic property. The food, beverage and therapeutic agent can be prepared as granules, capsules, tablet, powder, liquid medicine, injections, or can be added to other foods, beverage, seasonings or food additives so as to be internally taken. The food, beverage and therapeutic agent ingestible in daily life can be obtained, because the active ingredients which the hard tissue naturally has are fully dissolved therein without causing denaturation and protein which promotes osteoplasty together with calcium as well as minor physiologically active elements, especially, BMP, BSP-II, etc., is included therein.
