Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garbage disposal machine which can reduce the running cost of itself, can simultaneously shorten the time for drying treatment and can make a drying state uniform by preventing burning and sticking of garbage.
SOLUTION: The upper part of the garbage in a drying kettle is heated with hot air from a hot air heating means. The heating part of a direct heating means at the bottom of the drying kettle is divided into a plurality of heating means. Among them, the upper direct heating means existing at a comparatively upper part of the drying kettle and the lower direct heating means existing at a comparatively lower part of the drying kettle are controlled at a specified control temperature. The temperature near the bottom of the drying kettle can be finely controlled in accordance with the temperature detected by a kettle side face temperature sensor by energizing the upper direct heating means or stopping the energization thereof in such a manner that the control temperature of the upper direct heating means stays at a specified control temperature or below when the temperature detected by the kettle side face sensor reaches a prescribed temperature. Accordingly, the temperature rise at the attachment part of the upper direct heating means can be suppressed and no burning and sticking of the garbage is caused, and the drying state can be made uniform.
