To provide an ear-insertion type hearing aid in which a main body is hooked on an auricula to attach the hearing aid, wherein an earring can be attached on a position near an original attaching position without impairing the function inherent to the hearing aid thereby the appearance is good, and the earring can be attached without clamping an ear with the earring or making a hole on a lobulus auriculae.

First and second regulating convex portions 7, 8 are provided on a connection member 3 for connecting the hearing aid main body 1 hooked on an auricula 4 and a sound emitting portion 2 inserted into an external acoustic meatus, and a portion between the regulating convex portions 7, 8 is used as an earring attaching portion 9. The earring attaching portion 9 is disposed near an antilobium 10 of the auricula 4. The earring 12 has a clamping tool 13 on its rear surface, and is detachably attached to the earring attaching portion 9 by clamping the earring attaching portion 9 with the clamping tool 13. In the attaching state, the earring 12 is brought in a state where at least one part contacts or comes close to a lobulus auriculae 20.
