Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a heat exchanger for a combustion device capable of improving sealing characteristics between an opening end of an oxidization agent duct and a heat accumulating structure.
CONSTITUTION: A high temperature section of a heat accumulating member 8 is constituted by a heat accumulating device 10 made of ceramics. A low temperature section is constituted by a metallic heat accumulating device 9. A plurality of communication passages for communicating a combustion chamber formed in the heat accumulating member 8 with a suction or discharging duct structure 22 are formed by a plurality of through-pass holes formed in each of the heat accumulating 9 and 10. Diameters of and the number of the plurality of through-pass holes formed at an inside part of each of the heat accumulating devices 9 and 10 are set to be one in which a pressure loss gradient at the low temperature section positioned at the suction or discharging duct structure is larger than a pressure loss gradient at the high temperature section positioned at the combustion chamber.
