PURPOSE: To obtain the titled paint having heat-resistance as well as antifouling property and giving a coating film having excellent flexibility, mechanical properties and moisture resistance, by adding a specific amount of a fluoropolymer powder to a polyborosiloxane paint.

CONSTITUTION: The objective paint is produced by adding a fluoropolymer powder (preferably tetrafluoroethylene powder or tetrafluoroethylene- perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer powder) to a polyborosiloxane-based paint. The amount of the fluoropolymer is 5W80pts.wt., preferably 20W50pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. of the nonvolatile component (400°C×1hr) of the base paint.
