Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce the lowering of flatness before and during processing, in a heat-resistant roll-shaped film with the coefficient of moisture absorption expansion of a specific value, by setting an average moisture absorption rate to a specific value range of a film equilibrium moisture absorption rate at specific relative humidity and setting the irregularity of the moisture absorption rate measured at the arbitrary place of the film to a specific value of an average moisture absorption rate or less.
CONSTITUTION: A heat-resistant roll-shaped film is characterized by that an average absorption rate is 30-100% of a film equilibrium moisture absorption rate under a 25°C/60% RH condition and the irregularity of the moisture absorption rate measured at the arbitrary place of the film is within ±30% of the average moisture absorption rate. The coefficient of moisture absorption expansion of the film is set to 3-100ppm/% RH. By this constitution, a heat-resistant film having good flatness is obtained.
