Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new heating-crystallizing device which can avoid various kinds of problems such as clogging generated in a conventional case for which a screen separator is adopted, and always can feed a uniform and stable chip.
SOLUTION: This heating-crystallizing device for the thermoplastic polymer chip has a throw-in port for pellets prior to the crystallization at the upper section of a cylindrical tank, has a discharging port for the already crystallized pellets on the bottom section, and has a stirring blade group in multiple stages in the vertical direction inside. A partitioning wall made of a metal sheet which has a funnel shape is fitted in the bottom section of the tank, and a space which surrounds the partitioning wall is formed in a space between the bottom wall of the tank and the partitioning wall. Then, a hot air-feeding device which feeds hot air into the space is connected with the tank. At the same time, a feeding out pipe which feeds out the already crystallized pellets to the discharging port is connected with a deep section of the partitioning wall. On the wall surface of the feeding out pipe, a bottom side mesh section having numerous pores, which places the inside of the feeding out pipe and the space under a communicated state, is provided. In addition, a hot air-blowing out port which opens to the inside of the cylindrical body wall of the tank while continuing from the upper edge of the space is provided. Also, on the opened surface of the hot air- blowing out port, a body side mesh section having numerous pores, which places the inside of the hot air-blowing out port and the inside of the tank under a communicated state, is provided.
