Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a hollow shaft capable of reducing man-hours spent for processing a hollow shaft.SOLUTION: A hollow shaft 100 includes an outer peripheral portion 1 having a cylindrical shape and having a polygonal outer edge 11, an inner peripheral portion 2 having a cylindrical shape and in contact with the radial inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral portion, and a bottom portion 3 that has a bottom plate and a cylindrical body, in which the extending direction of the bottom plate is perpendicular to the axial direction, and the cylindrical body extends from the radially outer peripheral end of the bottom plate to the axially outer peripheral portion, and the radially inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical body in contact with the radially outer peripheral surface of the inner peripheral portion. The outer peripheral portion, the inner peripheral portion, and the bottom portion are separately molded members.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
