Abstract:
To make it possible to form convexoconcave on a surface of a surface material by forming convexoconcave on a honeycomb core at the same time that the surface material and the honeycomb core are subjected to laminate integration, without the need to previously form the convexoconcave on the honey-comb core.SOLUTION: A honeycomb laminate includes a surface material 21 laminated on both surfaces of a honeycomb core 11, and concaves 18 and convexes 19 formed on at least one of the surfaces. The honeycomb core 11 is composed of aluminum honeycomb. The surface material 21 is one which is obtained by subjecting a thermosetting resin to impregnation and curing. The honeycomb core 11 is crushed in a thickness direction at positions of the concaves 18 on the surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
