Abstract:
To provide a fabric having high adhesion between front and rear face fabrics and improved bearing power of weft yarns without deteriorating surface smoothness, wear resistance on its rear face side, elongation resistance in its lengthwise direction, and dewaterability.SOLUTION: In an industrial double layer fabric, rear face warp yarns are formed from yarns with a larger diameter than those of front face warp yarns and binder warp yarns; in a rear face fabric, rear face warp yarns arrayed in the transverse direction, binder warp yarns, and neighboring rear face warp yarns and binder warp yarns among binder warp yarns and rear face warp yarns make a first pair and form knuckles in the same rear face weft yarns, then the neighboring binder warp yarns and rear face warp yarns make a second pair and form knuckles in the same rear face weft yarns.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
