PURPOSE: To surely supply even long articles to a primary crusher by continuously providing a direction changing roller to the terminal of a large sized conveyer in front of the supply opening of the primary crusher.

CONSTITUTION: The primary crusher 1 or a secondary crusher 2, etc., which crushes or pulverizes hard industrial waste, such as concrete, is provided in front stage or in middle stage, and the mechanism 3 which divides soft plastic sheets into pieces by the hard powdery particles is provided in the rear stage. The direction changing roller 8 is continuously provided to the terminal of the large sized conveyer 4 in front of supply opening of the primary crusher 1. As a result, even long articles are surely supplied to the primary crusher.
