Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the positional relation between two driving rollers constituting the ink ribbon driving mechanism of a printing machine from being dislocated vertically, to maintain a prescribed roller contacting area, and to generate prescribed ink ribbon driving force.
SOLUTION: The rotary shaft of a driving roller 1 is supported by a bearing installed in a roller holder 3, the rotary shaft of a driving roller 2 is supported similarly by a bearing installed in a roller holder 4, the rotary shafts of the rollers are arranged to be parallel and to have a prescribed contact between the two driving rollers. In order to prevent the positional relation between the driving rollers 1, 2 from being dislocated vertically, a disk-shaped flange 5 installed on the driving roller 1 is arranged to be engaged between a disk- shaped flange 6 installed on the driving roller 2 and a gear 7.
