Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform alignment and fixing of a lowermost guide rail without needing a scaffolding for a work and perform safe and rapid assembly of an elevator car.
SOLUTION: After the lower end part of a lowermost guide rail 2 is aligned and fixed, a car vertical frame 4a is engaged with the lowermost guide rail 2, and a floor support member 6 to support a car floor 4b is attached to the intermediate part of the lowermost guide rail 2. A worker rides on the car floor 4b and a car upper frame 4c is attached to the upper end part of the car vertical frame 4a and the upper end part of the lowermost guide rail 2 is aligned and fixed. Thereafter, after the lower end part of the car vertical frame 4a is lifted to the position of the car floor 4b, the work enters a space below the car floor 4b. By intercoupling the lower end part of the car vertical frame 4a and the car floor 4b, assembly of the car 4 and alignment and fixing of the lowermost guide rail 2 are carried out.
