Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an iron core insertion device that can automatically insert an iron core into a large-sized EI type transformer into which it is considered so far to be difficult to automatically insert an iron core, especially, even into a core type EI type transformer.SOLUTION: There is provided an iron core insertion device which forms an EI type laminated iron core inserting an E type iron plate 11 and an I type iron plate 12 alternately into a coil 10 from both end sides. The iron core insertion device comprises: a pair of a first magazine 43 and a second magazine 44 which are arranged on both end sides of a coil holding part 30 holding the coil 10, and in which the E type iron plates 11 are stocked in a stacked state; and a pair of iron plate feed claws 47, 48 which are arranged below the first magazine 43 and the second magazine 44 and on both end sides of the coil holding part 30, and driven alternately to move to and away from the coil holding part 30 respectively. At entrance parts on both sides of the coil holding part 30, an iron core support member 34 is provided which supports a base part of the E type iron plate 11 inserted into the coil 10 among three leg parts from below.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
