To retain a toggle block in a smoothly advanceable/retreatable state by a simple and certain means.
A hydraulic cylinder 8 is arranged at the back surface side of the toggle block 7 and a straight hole 7a directed in an advancement/retreating direction is formed on the back surface side of the toggle block 7. A piston rod 8a of the hydraulic cylinder 8 is inserted to the straight hole 7a and the toggle block 7 is advanceably/retreatably supported by the piston rod 8a at canti-lever. Thereby, it is not required that the toggle block 7 is advanceably/retreatably supported by an outer peripheral surface and the toggle block 7 can be simply and certainly retained in the smoothly advanceable/retreatable state without providing a dust-prevention means of a large scale.
