Abstract:

To provide a method for more stably determining the quantity of vitamin B12, composed of searching an excellent strain from Lactobacillus leichmannii ATCC 7830 strain to make a stable calibration curve.

The method for determining the quantity of vitamin B12 in a sample with a lactic acid bacterium includes using Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. Delbrueckii NRIC0700 strain (accession number: NITE AP-726) as the lactic acid bacterium.
