Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a locating pin having a clamping function and a work seating detection function in addition to a locating pin function which is ready for many kinds of works without any modification.
SOLUTION: A seating flange part 35 having a work seating surface 35a is formed on the locating pin 26, and a clamp arm 39 for performing clamping and unclamping operations according to the expansion/contraction of a clamp cylinder 34 is built therein. A retractable detection pin 47 is provided on a work seating surface 35a, and a work seating detection mechanism 49 comprises the detection pin 47, a shaft 44 and a proximity switch 48. A panel W3 is positioned by fitting the locating pin 26 and a locating hole R to each other, and the seating of the panel W3 is detected by the movement of the detection pin 47.
