Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low Cr-contg. superalloy composition for single crystals having high strength and high oxidation-resistance and suitable for casting as a single crystal form and to provide a single crystal superalloy body.
SOLUTION: This composition contains, by weight, 3.0 to 20.0% Co, 5.0 to 10.0% W, 5.0 to 7.0% Al, 0.4 to 2.9% Cr, 4.0 to 8.0% Ta, 0 to 1.0% V, 0 to 8.5% Re, 0 to 1.5% Ti, 0 to 3.0% Hf, 0 to 4.0% Mo, 0 to 2.0% Nb, 0 to 10.0% of one or more kinds of elements optionally selected from one group composed of Ru, Rh, Pd, Os, Ir and Pt, 0 to 1.0% of Y, La. Sc, Ac, lanthanoids or actinoids, and the balance Ni.
