Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for manufacturing bended members by which the generation of ears which are apt to generate at the time of bending is smoothly prevented and a product having a desired quality is surely obtained.
CONSTITUTION: By moving the neutral surface A at the time of bending on the side of flexural center with a flange 11 which is provided facing to the flexural center on the edge where becomes the inside at the time of bending a material 10 to be worked, the ear of bending is prevented from being generated at the main body part 12 of the material 10 to be worked. After bending, a means for reducing the radius of curvature is removed.
