To automate the work of pulling out a thermocompression-bonded ceramic green sheet laminate from the positioning pin of a board for pressing.

A ceramic green sheet laminate 20 is made by stacking plural sheets of ceramic green sheets 21, while positioning them by setting their positioning holes 23 on the positioning pins 24 of a board 22, and pressing them while heating them, in such a condition that a press board 25 is put on it from above, thereby thermocompression-bonding them. Then, the ceramic green sheet laminate 20 is pushed up with a knock-out pin 34 to pull it out from the positioning pin 24, by fixing both sides of the board 22 for pressing with a clamp mechanism 30 after removal of the press board 25 with a vacuum suction board 27, and lifting up a knock-out board 33 positioned under the board 22 for pressing, and inserting each knock-out pin 34 into each pin insertion hole 31 made at plural places around the positioning pins of the board 24 for pressing.
